Next Steps:
Activate Your Patient Portal Account: You have already received an email with a subject line asking you to join our Practice Better patient portal! In the email, you will see a button to activate your account: 'Activate My Account.'
Click on the activation link, then you will be taken to a page where you can set up a password to access the portal. (Please ensure you open this link in a browser and are not redirected to log in to the mobile app.)
*If you cannot find the Invitation email, make sure to check your spam folder, and please contact us so we can resend it to you!
Enter and confirm your password, accept the terms and click the Sign up button. After activating your account, you will then have access to the Patient Portal and the resources we have provided you.
Confirm Your Appointment: Please confirm your appointment either within the patient portal or by clicking on the confirmation button in the email your receive.
When it's time for your consultation, join the call using Zoom for Windows, Mac, mobile, or tablet. You can download the latest version of Zoom here.
