Service animals may be welcome into the space pending approval. Both our provider team & patient community have known animal allergies, but may be welcome service animals into the space upon advanced request:

  • No registration, certification, or special ID required

  • Service animals must be under the control of their handler

  • We will not challenge anyone's disability or require a demonstration of tasks
