Step-by-step Guide

Contact Us: Reach out to us via the two option on this page expressing your interest in purchasing a gift certificate. Please provide us with the followings details:
- Recipient’s name & email address
- The dollar amount you would like to gift
- Your personalized message to the recipient
Invoice Payment: Once we confirm your request, we will send you an invoice for the gift certificate amount either through Stripe or Practice Better Invoicing. For example, if you are purchasing a $50 gift certificate, you will receive an invoice for $50.
Payment Completion: Complete the payment using the invoice link provided. Your gift certificate purchase.

Unique Code: After receiving your payment, we will create a unique code in Practice Better. This code will be for the exact amount of the gift certificate purchased (e.g., $50) and can only be redeemed once.
Customization: A custom gift certificate with the unique code included will generate

Recipient Notification: We will send the custom gift certificate to the recipient via email or direct message if they already have a Practice Better account. The communication will include the following:
- The gift certificate with a special code
- A personalized message (if provided)
- A link to book their next appointment

Booking an Appointment: The recipient will use the provided code and link to book an appointment.
Confirmation: Once their appointment is completed & an official invoice for the total amount due is sent to them, they will enter the code to redeem the amount of the gift certificate. The code will deduct the given amount from the total cost of the selected appointment. This code can only be used once.
